A concept for a micro-mobility rental scheme on the Rostock campus is being developed

One of the aims of the “Summer of Solutions” project, in which the Hanseatic and university city of Rostock is now participating, is to analyse how a campus-based micro-mobility rental scheme might be designed. The results of the regional pilot project, for which Mayor Eva-Maria Kröger has assumed patronage, will be presented at the University of Rostock in early July.

Kick-off: Summer of Solutions 2026

The project kicked off at the University of Rostock with 60 students and 13 companies. Starting now, they will spend the semester working on real-world sustainability issues.
